Part 2 of my Subspace Emissary Additions.
Next team? Eddy and Krystal! ^^
Long excerpt ahead! Just picture it...

Beginning at the Star Palace...

Pan through the palace. It looks ancient, but absolutely beautiful, a shrine to the Star Spirits. Soft footsteps can be heard, and sandeled feet walk past our vision. Panning up, we see the full form of a blue fox, wistfully looking around.

KRYSTAL

All is quiet and peaceful at first, but it doesn't last for long. Krystal turns in alarm at the by-now familiar purple specks, forming into Primids. Angered that they dare disturb this sacred place, Krystal draws her staff and prepares to fight her way through.

SIDESCROLL SEQUENCE

Running through another hallway, Krystal stops at the sound of combat. To her right, she sees an entrance to a large room, where many Primids stagger around. Suddenly, a blur too quick for the eye to see runs into each Primid, delivering killing blows. Others are lit aflame.
Finally, when they're all gone, she hurries inside, when the same blur rushes at her. She barely has time to raise up her staff to block it. Cue slow motion when she sees her attacker up close, surprised to find it only to be a young boy. His feet push off her staff, and he lands nimbly on the other side of the room, striking a challenging pose.

EDDY

Apparently he takes her as an enemy. Not quite understanding, Krystal has no choice but to accept his challenge.

FIGHT WITH EDDY

Eddy falls over as a trophy. Still, sympathetic, Krystal taps the stand, and after a brief flash, he sits up, disoriented. He gives her a questioning glance, to which she feigns a smile, trying to be friendly. But suddenly, rumbling rocks the room as more Primids storm in. With no time for an explanation, they both strike fighting poses.

FIGHT WITH MULTIPLE ENEMIES

With all the enemies gone, Eddy celebrates with a victory dance. Krystal, however, looks worried, wondering what these creatures are and what they're doing here. Noticing this, Eddy pauses, then smirks, lifting up a hand. Appreciating the approach, Krystal smiles and takes it in a handshake. He then gestures her to follow and dashes down another hallway. She hurries to keep up, disappearing down the hall.

Yay!
Once again, saved both versions, with the lighting and without. This is with. And I kept Krystal's SFA outfit cause it matches the setting better. I just wish I could draw her face as beautiful as she really is... :(

That's cool to hear. Oh BTW, I have some interesting news. It appears that if we're lucky, they might even announce the new Starfox Wii game later this year at the end of the 2008 Holiday season. Besides, I have a feeling that it'll be the game for 2009 and I'm sure that game has been in development for some time even though they haven't revealed it yet and I'm sure it'll happen soon. Don't you agree? ^^ As for school, best of luck in your classes. :hug:
